KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Sales & Store Operations
Visit assigned outlets daily (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and CVS).
Ensure stock rotation, replenish shelves, and maintain clean, attractive product displays.
Monitor competitor activities and share useful insights with the team.
Look out for new sales opportunities and ways to grow brand presence in-store.
Secure free secondary displays, when possible, to improve visibility.
Maximise shelf and display space to promote company products.
Achieve sales growth targets in assigned areas.
Customer & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and outlet managers.
Negotiate for cost-effective space buys and in-store promotion opportunities.
Act as the main contact point for stores within your coverage area.
Other Duties
Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor or department head.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Sales & Merchandising: Knowledgeable in setting up appealing product displays, maintaining stock levels, and applying merchandising strategies to increase sales performance.
Customer Relationship Building: Skilled at building positive relationships with store staff to gain trust, cooperation, and better product placement.
Negotiation Skills: Confident in securing low-cost or free display spaces and negotiating favourable in-store promotions.
Physical Strength: Able to handle physical tasks such as lifting boxes, restocking shelves, and being on your feet for long hours.
REQUIREMENTS
GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or retail merchandising (supermarkets preferred).
Motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work on the ground with regular travel between store locations.
