Account Executive

Location: Lim Chu Kang / Kranji
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries.

• Assist in preparing group consolidation reports.

• Support external audits and attend to tax-related queries.

• Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions.

• Ensure timely month-end closing and reconciliation, including intercompany accounts.

• Work closely with operation team to maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
