FINANCE EXECUTIVE JOB SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS
Accounting Operations
Manage and oversee daily accounting entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and adhere to established accounting standards and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements (e.g. profit and loss statements, balance sheets) and management reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Process employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconciliation
Perform regular and thorough reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, intercompany accounts, and various general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Investigate and resolve any variances or issues identified during the reconciliation process.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for reconciliation and resolve outstanding items.
Maintain detailed reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and assist in cash flow forecasting.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Requirements:
min. Diploma Holder/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong emphasis on accounting operations and reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial formulas).
ACCOUNTANT JOB SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full set of accounts & oversees the day-to-day activities of the Company.
Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
Produce timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts.
Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process.
Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings.
Manage fixed assets, assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
Support in performing bank reconciliations and Mediclaim reconciliations.
Check accounts payable invoices and manage payments.
Claims submission for funded projects.
Handle Quarterly GST reporting
Oversee operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle ad hoc tasks such as system enhancements and support for the
new service center.
Job Requirements:
Degree or diploma in accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, demonstrating meticulousness and the capability to handle pressure effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused mindset.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adept at meeting tight deadlines.
Proven multitasking abilities while maintaining a motivated and positive attitude.
Proficient in SAP FI & CO modules, including FI-GL/AP/AR and CO-
CC/IO/PC, as well as good in Microsoft Excel.
