Assistant Engineer (Customer service)
Job Description
· Provide on-site technical support for clients, including installation, troubleshooting, product demonstrations and training sessions and site survey
· Address and resolve customer issues promptly via email/ phone/message as the main contact point.
· Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancement
· Collaborate with the sales team in daily routine work
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Support on all technical, operations and logistic matters
· Handle and liaise incoming shipment & outgoing vessel shipment orders
· Prepare quotation/ delivery order and other documents
· Other Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
· At least 1-2 years of working experience
· Must be strong in written and admin duties
· Must be able to work independently with teamwork spirit
· Patient, flexible, and work with great hospitality
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
· Major in Engineering will be an advantage
