Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically allocate cases based on complexity, workload, and expertise to optimise efficiency.

• Manage equitable case distribution and communicate allocation decisions clearly to stakeholders.

• Handle administrative duties such as case distribution and monthly audit checks, maintaining high service standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support underwriting processes and project milestones.

• Provide timely assistance and resolve issues for internal and external customers in line with service level agreements.

• Analyse case allocation data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in underwriting support, case management, or a related field.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
