Mechanical Engineering - ACMV / Chiller / Air-conditioner

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
With experience in chiller / ACMV system
Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
Manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts
Oversee the installation process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Diagnosing and repairing faults in ACMV systems
Ensuring proper commissioning of new or upgraded systems to meet performance requirements.
Collaborating with contractors, vendors, and other engineers to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
