Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Telemarketer to conduct business-to-business (B2B) calls. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, introducing company services or products, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B calls to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
Clearly explain product/service offerings to decision-makers in a professional and engaging manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, prospects, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up with interested prospects via phone or email to nurture the relationship.
Stay updated on company products, services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
Comfortable with rejection and capable of staying motivated under pressure.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
