Key Responsibilities

• Promote product specifications to interior designers, architects, main contractors, and developers by delivering persuasive proposals that secure inclusion in upcoming projects.

• Drive sales growth by building new client relationships, expanding market presence, and consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Oversee the full project sales process—from securing product specification to finalizing sales.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of specification activities, client interactions, and project status for reporting and follow-up purposes.

• Gather and interpret market data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products sector.

• Strong knowledge of product specification processes and project lifecycle management.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across various internal teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
