Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager (SM) or Group General Manager (GGM) to review sales proposals, ensuring all offered specifications align with the company's capabilities.

• Prepare and issue quotations and sales proposals to potential clients.

• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present products and services effectively.

• Collect and relay client or prospect feedback to the internal team for continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.

• Accurately communicate customer requirements to the Sales Department.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and profit margins.

• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)
