Plant Maintenance Engineer @Chai Chee - #1098370

Responsibilities:

• Maintain mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems/appliances.

• Experise in painting, maintenance & repairs of mechanical/electical equipment & HVAC systems.

• Assist in work orders and emergencies breakdown.

• Perform routine janitorial duties, replace HVAC filters, light bulbs, and ballasts.

• Respond to unscheduled emergency maintenance tasks during/after work hours.

• Manage the Facilities Maintenance System and attend customers, coworkers, and managers.

• Record and report daily work duties including the submission of completed work orders

• Ensures compliance with environmental and safety procedures and requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
