Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• East - Tampines

• Basic UP $5500 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Support IT implementation for shopfloor and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, especially related to MES or manufacturing systems.

• Join regular project meetings with internal teams and customers to handle IT-related tasks.

• Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications.

• Collaborate with the business group (BG) IT team to review project tasks and provide feedback on issues.

• Work with the IT DevOps team to manage project dependencies, define test cases, and perform root cause analysis.

• Coordinate with the IT Infrastructure and Security teams on tasks involving network, server, and IoT device setup.

• Work alongside the IT PMO to track system enhancements and change progress.

• Support the IT Support team in identifying system gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in quality control activities and help carry out user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant

• 1 to 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, writing functional specifications, and IT system implementations

• Familiar with SQL and relational databases (RDBMS); basic understanding of Java or .NET and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
