React JS Lead - #1098345

We are looking for a React JS Lead with deep expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable and performant user interfaces, writing clean, testable code, and collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.

• Implement responsive UI components with a strong emphasis on performance and usability.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• With 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UI engineer with professional use of ReactJS or similar technologies.

• Expert-level knowledge in ReactJS (<16.8.0), React Hooks, Redux, Redux middlewares, Webpack, ES6, HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors.

• Strong foundation in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.

• Experience with templating engines such as Handlebars or JSX.

• Excellent communication skills – able to clearly explain challenges and solutions both verbally and in writing.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues and deliver solutions on time.

• Experience writing and maintaining regular unit tests.

• Motivated to continuously learn and adopt new technologies as needed.

Good-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Experience working with JSP/Spring-based applications.

• Knowledge of tools like Slack, Wiki, and Jira.
