Description:
- Located at Loyang
- 8am – 5.18pm / 5pm – 2.18am (Monday - Friday)
Jobscope:
- Perform repair process by applying current & approved technical data and job instructions
- Set up, operate and maintain Chemical Stripping & Cleaning Line, Swab etch and Chromate processes using approved job instructions and SOP.
- Perform all routine process control steps and maintain process capability, efficiency and effectiveness per the approved SOPs and maintain all data record sheets.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Team to remove and clean chemical tanks as per approved schedule.
- Perform daily 5S and machine preventive maintenance using approved PM checklist as well as maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform simple machine trouble shooting; solve technical issues and problems where appropriate in daily work.
- Maintain tooling and fixtures for Chemical Stripping and Cleaning process, segregate worn out tooling and fixtures and report to Production Lead for action.
- Participate in audits, inspections, new product development and CI programs when required.
- Comply with and support EHS, Quality, Code of Ethics and all Company rules and regulations
- To train others and to be trained to upgrade skills levels continually.
- Assist Production Lead/Operations Manager in their day to day operations to achieve company goals
- Carry out any other duties when assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Operate lifting equipment, Chemical Stripping and Cleaning Line
- Perform chemical tests such as pH, conductivity checks, titration, etc
- Awareness and understanding of Basic Human Factors and Error Management
- Knowledge of Vacuum Furnace operation and programming as well as other special process experience would be an advantage.
