Our client is a market leader in the Oil and Gas industry. They are looking for a Inside Sales Support Engineer to assist their Sales team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at North of Singapore– easily accessible. The Sales role is responsible for:

Duties

• Customer Engagement & Solutioning: Understand customer business needs and provide tailored solutions, while ensuring timely communication on delivery timelines and updates.

• Sales & Quotation Support: Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers during customer visits and manage inquiries by preparing accurate quotations.

• Order & Project Coordination: Oversee end-to-end order processing using SAP/MRC Global systems, including certification, documentation, and project tracking.

• Tender & Documentation Management: Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets customer requirements.

• Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate and maintain reports on delivery performance, incomplete documents, and tender activities; identify opportunities for service or product enhancement.

Requirements

• Mini Diploma in Engineering studies or with relevant experience

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be preferred
