Responsibilities:
Handling the policy fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate policy documentation
Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal controls
Managing file copy archiving procedures according to regulatory and company standards
Supporting workflow improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and projects for new product launches and system/process enhancements
Providing coverage for PLQ office operations as needed
Assisting with other operational activities and special assignments
Identifying and mitigating regulatory and business risks
Staying updated on industry compliance trends and best practices
Requirements:
Diploma holder with at least 1 year of insurance industry experience
BCP and PGI certifications preferred
Experience in Personal Policy Processing using AS400 preferred
Exposure to process improvement projects and system testing is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
