Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact between customers and the workshop to ensure quick responses and smooth service.
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Attend to customers' requests for service bookings, inquiries, and complaints about their vehicles promptly
Arrange test drives with customers to identify any additional issues, if needed.
Communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles and translate these job requirements into comprehensive quotations for their agreement.
Enhance customers satisfaction by ensuring the vehicle is repaired according to customers requirement
Accurately record customer concerns on the job card.
Provide service quotes and estimated time for completion.
Address customer’s concerns, doubts & queries professionally
Recommend best practices like service intervals and warranties.
Coordinate with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
Inspect repaired vehicles before handing them back to customers.
Coordinate with other departments to fix any issues after repairs.
Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service.
Handle documentation for cost estimates, repair quotes, and vehicle history.
Complete admin tasks, billing, and close job cards on time.
Follow up on any outstanding payments.
