About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Manager to lead our Motoring Payments Division at EZ-Link. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the growth and management of our motoring-related payment services, including tolling, ERP (Electronic Road Pricing), EPS (Electronic Parking Solution), and VEP (Vehicle Entry Payments).
The Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, expanding product usage, and forging strategic partnerships to support Singapore’s vision of becoming a Smart Nation.
What you'll be doing
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the Motoring team of 2.
Develop, execute, and track key strategic initiatives and business plans.
Product & Service Management
Oversee and grow the motoring payment portfolio, including ERP and EPS for both consumer and corporate segments.
Expand car park acceptance for our back-end payment solution — EZ-Link Motoring Service — through partnerships with car park processors.
Participate in co-sales efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
Campaign & Engagement Programmes
Design and execute initiatives to boost motoring payment usage.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as LTA, car park operators, transport partners, merchants, and financial institutions to develop consumer engagement programmes.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Stay up to date with market trends and competitive developments in both local and regional landscapes.
Financial Management
Develop and manage the annual budget for the Motoring Payments Division.
Lead monthly financial reviews, including P&L analysis, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Meet or exceed revenue and usage targets.
Strategic Support
Assist the AVP with strategic business initiatives and special projects as needed.
What we're looking for
5 years of relevant experience in transport, tolling payments, or related industries.
Familiarity with motoring payments and ecosystems is a plus.
Proven track record in business development, partnership negotiations, and contract management.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Energetic and detail-oriented with a strong business acumen.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
