Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly principal service billings and ensured timely submission.

  • Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes promptly and professionally to maintain excellent customer service standards.

  • Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections, optimizing schedules for efficiency.

  • Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes with accuracy and adherence to internal controls.

  • Follow up and respond promptly to customer backorders, contracts, enquiries, and service requests.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Finance) to resolve customer issues and streamline operations.

  • Ensure strict conformance to required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage daily invoice scanning and digital documentation for streamlined record-keeping.

  • Monitor outstanding payments and followed up with key customers to ensure timely invoice settlements.

  • Provide administrative support for team members when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above

  • Previous customer service experience will be advantageous

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (especially MS-Excel) applications

  • Possess sense of urgency and able to work in fast-paced environment
