Team Lead / Assistant Operations Supervisor (Warehousing) - #1098104

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• To manage day to day operation and lead team to fulfil customer outbound orders.

• Perform and ensure that all Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.

• Team deployment and order fulfilment.

• Training and team management.

• Inventory management – Quality control.

• Review daily capacity vs resource plan.

• Ensure proper handling of official documents

• Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental policies, standards and procedures are executed at all times in the workplace

• To develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.

• Set up breakbulk files for all documents and records relevant to the consolidation.

• Contact origin office via facsimile, e-mail system.

• Prepare all reporting and share KPI to management for review – Outbound related.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Willing to work shift - Mon to Fri: 1:00pm to 10:30pm (shift allowance given)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / warehousing industry

• Minimally 1 year in Supervisory/Team Lead capacity

• Computer literacy

• Working knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
