Accounts Assistant - #1098097

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

• Performing bank reconciliations and cash flow management

• Providing administrative support when as as required

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Report to Managing Director on daily work basis

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting assistant or similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in using Xero software , Microsoft Office and Google Drive/Sheets

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good time management and organisational abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance would be an advantage
