Record Management, Document Controller | Up to $4000 | 1 Year - #1098062

• Salary: $4000 + Transport Allowance 

• Duration: 12 months (Renewable)

• Working Location: Tuas South Ave 6 (Nearest MRT Tuas Crescent)

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Indexing and categorizing of documents. 

• Archive Log creation.

• Labeling and boxing of binders.

• Palletizing of boxes and Coordinate shipment of documents and/or retained samples.

• Writing GMP decommissioning/retirement documents according to specific standard operating procedures.

• Reporting to the project lead and, if required, to other stakeholders.

• Perform all duties in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Palletizing of boxes required at times.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Skills for working into a team and following project manager guidelines, and capable to report progress and issues in order to find the best solution.

• Experience in Record Management, Inventory-ing and archiving.

• Experience with validation/qualification in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience with GMP decommissioning process.

• Working experience in the GMP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage (Former pharmaceutical industry experience or API plant experience. Production, Quality, and Technical Support will be considered)
