Location: Central (CBD Area)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office Hour
Salary: Basic up to $6,000 + Allowance + Variable Bonus

Jobscope:

• Lead and develop Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) designs for building projects

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution

• Oversee submissions, tender management, and authority compliance

• Supervise on-site activities, ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 3–6 years of relevant M&E consultancy/design experience

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

• Familiarity with local codes and project management processes
