In line with continued growth they are currently recruiting for Assistant Manager, HRIS.

Roles & Responsibilities

• HRIS Implementation : Business analyst role interfacing between vendor and HR system users on SAP SuccessFactors implementation globally. Module lead for assigned modules.

• HR Process Alignment & Efficiency :  Champion process alignment and automation to achieve process efficiency harnessing the capability of the system.

• HR System Support : Work with IT and approved vendor to manage system related issues, data integrity, and overall system functionality.

• HR Data Analytics : HR Data analytics to identify Hr trends and develop predictive analytics capability utilising procured technology.

Key Requirements

• Recognised Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business / Sociology / Communications.

• Comes with more than 5 years of work experience in Human Resources Management in the capacity of HRIS, with prior experience supporting HRIS system implementation.

• Hand-on HRIS operations and data management.

• Data-driven, attention to detail and system-oriented.

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
