Regional Sales Executive (Automotive Accessories/MNC/Attractive Benefits) - #1098017

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Sales Executive (Automotive Accessories):

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts (distributors), maintaining regular communication to identify new sales opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans (weekly, monthly, annually) to align with vehicle launch timelines and market needs.

• Conduct market research and vehicle trend analysis to create targeted sales presentations and product proposals.

• Generate and track sales forecasts, account revenue targets, and prepare end-of-month performance reports.

• Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements and follow through to closure.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and implementing countermeasures.

• Organize and participate in sales and marketing workshops to promote new products throughout the vehicle model lifecycle.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product Planning, Engineering, and Demand Supply to provide integrated customer solutions.

• Contribute to overall team performance by supporting initiatives and achieving assigned KPIs and sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or Business discipline.

• 1–2 years of working experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.

• Self-starter with strong motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for cars and accessories with a strong commercial mindset.

• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Willingness to travel and work across different markets when required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Basic Up to SGD 4,200 + Variable Bonus

• Working Location: Central

• Shift Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday
