• Working day: Monday to Friday

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

• 6 MONTHS / 1 YEAR CONTRACT

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Assist in day-to-day operations of security projects and services (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems).

• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure timely project delivery.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with clients to schedule installations, maintenance, and inspections.

• Handle customer service issues related to system performance or maintenance.

• Communicate with vendors or subcontractors regarding parts, services, or outsourced jobs.

Team Supervision & Support

• Support the Operations Manager in supervising technical teams (technicians, engineers).

• Monitor team performance and ensure SOPs and safety protocols are followed.

• Assist in manpower planning and deployment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, service reports, work orders, and checklists.

• Track inventory levels and coordinate procurement of equipment and parts.

• Generate weekly/monthly reports on project status, maintenance tasks, and performance metrics.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Professional Certificate/ Nitec, Diploma, Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Others) or equivalent with minimum 2 years of IT / Security System industry experience

• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, networking and security systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) and good IT background knowledge will be advantage

• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing for basic setup
