• Up to $5,000 Basic + Variable bonus

Responsibilities:

·       Lead all recruitment matters

·       Work with different business unit to manage manpower planning, recruitment budget and recruitment process.

·       Facilitate onboarding process

·       Preparation of salary proposal and ensure compensation equity

·       Develop & review HR policies relating to employment & recruitment

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant

• At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above

• HR experience in Construction industry

• Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
