Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction standards

• Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance and strong team morale

• Oversee store merchandising, stock levels, and visual displays in line with brand guidelines

• Monitor store KPIs, customer service performance, and propose action plans for improvement

• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, audit policies, cash handling, and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Proven ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service
