• Negotiate freight charges for all shipments and establish the shipping schedule.

• Work with the supply chain team and forwarders to ensure execution of shipments.

• Prepare shipping documents according to L/C requirements & present to bank for negotiation.

• Update customers of shipment status and address inquiries regarding shipment movement.

• Verify invoices from freight forwarders and ensure proper payment arrangements.

• Advise and provide freight cost information to the sales department.

• Organize and maintain shipping correspondence and file records.

• Minimum "O Level/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) being an advantage.

• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
