Responsibilities:

• Manage patient enrolment, liaise with cardiologists and primary care providers, schedule follow-ups, and ensure continuity of care for cardiology patients.

• Provide patient education, follow-up with defaulted cases, and communicate treatment targets to support long-term cardiovascular management.

• Maintain a patient database, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with TSCP protocols and treatment goals.

• Collect and submit accurate data on acute myocardial infarction cases to MOH and internal stakeholders, including procedural details and patient outcomes.

• Assist with service improvement projects, reporting, and general administrative duties as assigned by the department.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent 

• Candidate with relevant clinical knowledge will be advantageous

• A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented

• Exceptional skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
