Position: Assistant Office Manager
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Transport allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Compact Equipment
Main Responsibilities:
Set-up new office: facility, furniture, registration
Perform general office administration, including filing, scheduling and correspondence
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace
Assist in facility management (office maintenance & renovation)
Coordinate/Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
Assist in HR-related admin tasks including company compliance
Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions.
Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in admin and accounting roles
Excellent MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
