Now Hiring: Associate – Operations
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Managing Director

Lighthouse Canton is a global investment management firm with over US$4 billion in AUM, operating across Singapore, Dubai, India, and the UK. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented operations professional to join our Global Macro Fund team and help drive seamless execution across the trade lifecycle.

This role is a unique opportunity to:

• Work closely with the trading desk of a leading hedge fund

• Gain end-to-end exposure to operations across asset classes and strategies

• Contribute directly to automation and operational efficiency initiatives

• Collaborate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Daily trade, position, cash, and NAV reconciliations with quick resolution of breaks

• Managing invoice settlements, margin transfers, and fund flows

• Ensuring accuracy in settlement instructions and banking operations

• Supporting process improvements and risk mitigation through automation

What we’re looking for:

• 1–5 years of experience in asset management, banking, or capital markets operations

• Solid understanding of exchange-traded and OTC products

• Strong command of Excel (must-have)

• Experience or high interest in VBA, Python, or similar scripting languages

• An eye for efficiency and a drive to build or enhance automation tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
