Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine psychometric assessments, interpret results, and prepare clear, coherent reports that integrate clinical findings and diagnostic understanding.

• Carry out diagnostic interviews and provide clinical diagnoses for common psychiatric or medical conditions.

• Develop treatment plans and deliver psychological interventions, both individually and in group settings, for a range of common mental health conditions.

• Assist in creating clinical resources, such as intervention protocols and structured therapy materials.

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and strengthen communication skills.

• Actively seek supervision and feedback to enhance clinical competencies.

• Support team operations and participate in research projects as a contributing member.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, with relevant work/ internship experience prior to / during Master’s training.

• Independent and confident in managing clinical work across multiple sites

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
