Job Scope:

• Provide counselling to patients on the use of Medisave accounts

• Explain chronic care management packages available to the patients

• Apply governmental financial assistance schemes to assist patients in need

• Assist to prepare social reports to facilitate patients’ financial applications

• Conduct peer’s audit check on Medicare Assistance

• Perform reconciliation of Medical Application Form to Medisave sign-up cases

• Provide assistance to the Medical Social Workers in social service case management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Higher Nitec / Diploma from a recognized institution

• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
