Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Keep accurate and updated contact details for customers.
• Assist in conducting business reviews with customers.
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing to meet requirements.
• Provide customers with delivery dates for their Purchase Orders.
• Analyze customer schedules to ensure stock availability.
• Handle customer Request For Quotations (RFQs).
• Work with the sourcing department to find optimal solutions for growth.
• Aid in the preparation of annual budgets.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, semiconductor or other similar industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup) will have added advantageous
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
