They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer in ACMV to lead and manage project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in project coordination and site supervision within the semiconductor or related industries. The Job

• Project Coordination & Site Supervision: Oversee site activities and subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Technical Design & Compliance: Perform design calculations, develop technical drawings, and ensure proposed equipment and materials meet all technical specifications and project requirements.
• Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, review tender specs, and assist in selecting compliant and cost-effective solutions.
• Planning & Documentation: Prepare detailed work schedules, maintain daily site records, and ensure accurate documentation of progress, variations, and claims.
• Team & Quality Management: Supervise junior staff, lead worksite teams, and enforce high standards in workmanship, time management, safety, and quality control.
• Reporting & Client Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, support progress meetings, and address on-site issues through clear communication and collaboration.

The Talent

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor or construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E and ACMV systems
• Familiar with local codes, authority requirements, and combined services coordination
• Skilled in technical drawing interpretation and problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software

• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterpart
