Lead and Manage Open Innovation Programmes

• Oversee and drive Open Innovation Programmes aligned with company's strategic goals and performance targets.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes and deliverables.

• Guide and motivate project teams to ensure successful execution of programmes.

• Track, assess, and report on the progress and impact of ongoing innovation initiatives.

• Foster strong and sustainable relationships with corporate and government stakeholders.

Corporate and Government Engagement

• Develop and implement engagement strategies targeting corporates, large local enterprises, and government agencies to support their open innovation initiatives.

• Identify key stakeholders and champions within organisations and build strong working relationships.

• Engage relevant business units that own the problem statement or technology, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

• Assess innovation gaps and propose how company's Open Innovation Programme can address them.

Programme Development and Differentiation

• Design and implement innovative programmes that position company as a leading open innovation (OI) facilitator.

• Enhance and expand current initiatives to better support evolving industry needs.

• Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities with organisations for open innovation services.

• Execute strategic marketing and engagement plans to attract both local and international corporate partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business development, client engagement, or international relations.

• Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in technically-driven sectors.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in general science or engineering, with the ability to understand and evaluate technologies.
