SUMMARY: HR generalist role to be able to handle Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Benefits under 1 year contract.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide Learning and Development administration support
2. Assist in all employee engagement activities and projects (Recreation activities, year end dinner etc.)
3. Provide Recruitment support
4. Responsible for New Hire Onboarding
5. Administer payroll by furnishing payroll inputs to outsource payroll vendors and verification of payroll details
6. Administer termination of employment activities
7. Responsible for all HRIS - administer and manage the full suite of HRIS systems
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or Business Administration or other related qualifications
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, confident, and a team player. Positive and can-do attitude
