Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Agentic AI Specialist (Assistant Manager) to pioneer the development and application of cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for autonomous AI systems and hands-on capabilities in bringing these concepts to life. This position is predominantly technical, focusing on deep expertise in Agentic AI, hands-on solution configuration, building proofs-of-concept, and technical presales engineering. This will be complemented by activities supporting business development and collaborative learning with our technology partners in the rapidly evolving Agentic AI landscape.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, design patterns, platforms, and frameworks.

• Engage with internal teams and prospective clients to conduct technical discovery sessions, identifying complex challenges and opportunities where Agentic AI can provide transformative solutions.

• Lead the hands-on design, development, and iteration of proof-of-concept (POC) Agentic AI solutions and interactive prototypes that demonstrate feasibility and tangible value.

• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and live, hands-on demonstrations of Agentic AI capabilities, showcasing their potential to solve real-world problems.

• Provide deep technical expertise in architecting Agentic AI solutions, including agent design, tool integration, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.

• Address complex technical queries regarding Agentic AI during client consultations, workshops, and in response to RFIs/RFPs.

• Clearly articulate the technical architecture, operational benefits, ethical considerations, and potential return on investment of proposed Agentic AI solutions.

• Collaborate intensively with technology partners to learn about their latest Agentic AI offerings, co-develop integrated solutions, and stay at the absolute forefront of this field.

• Continuously research and evaluate the latest advancements, open-source projects, tools, and trends in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous systems.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, POC findings, and best practice guides for Agentic AI development and deployment.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities where Agentic AI can offer a significant competitive advantage or solve unmet needs.

• Assist in developing the technical narrative and content for proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and client engagement materials focused on Agentic AI.

• Engage with technology partners to understand their go-to-market strategies for Agentic AI and explore avenues for joint business development.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as internal showcases, client workshops, or blog posts, demonstrating our capabilities in Agentic AI (as appropriate for an Assistant Manager).

• Gather and analyse market intelligence on competitive Agentic AI solutions, industry adoption patterns, and emerging use cases.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or a closely related technical discipline.

• Typically 2-3 years of professional experience in advanced AI development, with significant hands-on experience or strong demonstrable projects specifically in Agentic AI, autonomous agent systems, or complex LLM-driven application development.

• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with one or more Agentic AI frameworks or libraries.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, and how they integrate into Agentic AI systems.

• Knowledge of core concepts in autonomous systems, including perception, reasoning, planning, and action execution by AI agents.

• Proven ability to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on complex AI solutions.

• Exceptional skills in delivering technical presentations and live, interactive demonstrations.

• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities, with a flair for tackling novel challenges.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain highly complex Agentic AI concepts to diverse audiences.

• A proactive and passionate learner, driven to stay at the cutting edge of AI research and development, particularly in Agentic and Autonomous AI.

• Experience in a client-facing technical role or presales engineering is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) is a plus.
