HR Executive Assistant (Temporary) - #1097653

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months: 23 June – 31 December)
Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,500 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as an HR Executive Assistant (Temporary). You will support a document digitisation project focused on converting physical employee files into digital format. This role requires a high level of discretion, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, sort, and categorise employee documents using a pre-defined checklist

• Scan physical documents and organise them into a structured digital filing system

• Review digitised files for completeness and quality assurance

• Ensure accurate labelling and folder organisation of all digital records

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

• Track project milestones and report progress regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent

• Prior experience in document digitisation or administrative support preferred but not required

• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, file management tools)

• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
