School IT Technical Support Executive (Polytechnic) - #1097587

This position will start off as 11 months contract.
Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)
Responsibilities:
Provide first and second level technical support to Leaners and Staff through various communication channels (Microsoft team, phone, email and in person).
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher level support teams as necessary and follow up on their resolution.
Assist with operating system preparation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
Set up and manage user accounts, access rights and permissions.
Collaborate with other IT team members to address major IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure data security and privacy by adhering to company policies and best practices.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related needs.
Working Hour:
Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
Salary:
$3080
