Job Description :

• Apply expertise in a wide range of analytical tools to design, develop, and maintain impactful visualizations and models that uncover opportunities to support strategic planning, enhance organizational performance, forecast future demand, and drive progress toward population health outcomes and impact.

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies, methodologies, and approaches for deriving insights, conducting analytics, and evaluating population health data.

• Create regular reports and operational dashboards to monitor key population health indicators.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across NUP, the NUHS cluster, and relevant ministries to collect and share data, enabling both detailed and high-level insights for strategic decision-making.

• Identify and integrate new datasets critical to monitoring and evaluating population health programs, aligning with the overall data management strategy and roadmap.

• Conduct data analysis and trend identification to highlight areas requiring attention, as needed.

• Ensure the timely delivery of scheduled reports in line with established reporting requirements.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirement:

• A degree from a recognized university in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Analytics, or Applied Mathematics. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Public Health is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a planning and data analytics environment.

• Proficient in working with data using SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in developing dashboards using Tableau.

• Proficient in one or more of the following software/tools: R, OBIEE, Python, H2O Flow, FlexSim, etc.
