Key Responsibilities
Communication: Answering phone calls and relaying messages.
Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining files, databases, and other documents.
Support: Providing support to employees, visitors, and clients.
Claims Administration: Manage employee claims and liaise with government authorities on matters such as levy waivers, etc.
Work Pass Management: Handle applications, renewals and cancellations of work passes; manage repatriation processes for work permit holders.
Training Compliance: Ensure necessary training is implemented for compliance with regulatory certifications and licenses.
Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive employee records, including payment details and health records; foster employee relations and communication.
