Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the research, formulation, testing, and scale-up of new dairy products from concept to commercialization.

• Product Optimization: Continuously improve existing product lines in terms of taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional value.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet relevant food safety, labeling, and nutritional regulations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to support successful product launches.

• Logistics Oversight: Supervise the unstuffing of time-sensitive cargo to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

• Sample Validation: Evaluate trial samples to confirm they meet customer specifications before production.

• Raw Material Testing: Review and verify raw material test results to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Documentation: Maintain thorough records of product development activities, formulations, test results, and process data for reporting and regulatory review.

• Innovation & Trends: Stay current on industry innovations, dairy processing technologies, and emerging trends to inform product strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in R&D within the food or dairy industry.

• Solid understanding of dairy product formulation and processing techniques.

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.

• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data analysis software.
