Project Coordinator (Insurance, West) - #1097527

Location: West

Working Hours: Mon – Thur: 8.30am – 5.15pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $4,300 per month 

Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description: 

• Support the planning and execution of Customer focused projects and initiatives.

• Coordinate daily project activities to ensure alignment across teams.

• Manage project timelines, calendars and key milestones.

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

• Track and report on risks, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Prepare and distribute regular status updates 

• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree with at least one year of working experience.

• Preferred candidates should have experience handling project-related work in the financial industry

• Passionate about delivering better customer outcomes.

• Skilled in managing timelines, budgets, resources and documentation to keep projects running smoothly.

• Manage administrative tasks such as setting up meeting schedules, recording minutes and actions, and overseeing the project delivery process.
