Customer Service Officer (Up to $3000)
Position 1
Responsibilities
· Support on all technical, operations, and logistic matters
· Handle and liaise incoming shipment
· Prepare quotation/Delivery order
· Update daily jobs on CRM system
· Follow up with Customer on site situation/installation date/demo/training
· Coordinate on all site installation/delivery schedule
· Any adhoc duties as per assigned
Position 2
Responsibilities
· In Charge of all contracts and liaise with customers
· Reply emails and answer phone calls for customers enquiries
· Schedule daily jobs
· Update daily jobs on CRM system
· Work closely with technical team
· Any adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirement
· Min ITE or diploma in Engineering Discipline
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience
· Bilingual in English
· Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
· Proficient in MS office applications
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Posses initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
