About the Role
You will facilitate patient’s (non-resident and local private) appointments, e.g. consultations; diagnostic investigations and treatment at NCCS. The role also includes the opportunity to work with external stakeholder companies that are part of the overall patient journey. The overall aim of these responsibilities is to ensure patients have a smooth and efficient end-to-end journey. The role will provide the candidate with an excellent opportunity to learn about patient journeys and clinic operations within a national cancer centre.
Main Responsibilities
Provide prompt & accurate responses to non-resident and local patients (designated markets) enquiries (walk-in/hotline/email).
Provide prompt & accurate responses & assistance pertaining to Insurance related referral and enquiries.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to General Practitioner and Specialist related referrals and enquiries (hotline/email/Partners Buddy)
Render administrative and related logistical assistance to facilitate patients’ visits to NCCS for consultation and treatment
Liaise with SingHealth cluster of PLS teams and NCCS departments
Develop and implement new and improved workflow processes for private patients
Coordinate appointments and meet VVIP/VIP/CIP/Special Mention patients according to workflow
Update PP folder and refine workflow processes as needed
Perform any other duties assigned by the Director, Strategic Partnerships
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality / Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in Healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical or cancer related terminology is an advantage
Working knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
Good interpersonal and people skills
Self-starter and able to work independently and under tight deadlines
Highly organized, attention to detail
Good problem-solver when faced with challenging situations
Good with workflow processes
