 Responsibilities / Duties

·        Research and analyze on market trends and new project developments for pre-sales strategy planning.

·        Conduct competitors’ analysis to propose suitable strategies and proposals for each project.

·        Implement pre-sales plans to achieve sales target and market development goals for the business in Singapore using the agreed resources.

·        Key Account Manage Construction specifiers (Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Consultants, Main Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Systems Integrators and etc) to specify products according to design intent and budget.

·        Close partnership with these intermediaries to identify Key Decision Makers, understand their business plans to present, influence and convince the compatibility of JUNG’s product and solutions into their business roadmap / plans through regular business meetings, visits, reading media reports / news releases of their business developments.

·        Build strong rapport and Customer Relationship Management with Project owners/Developers to make JUNG the preferred brand in their vendor list (including maintenance and/or servicing package).

·        Present to these intermediaries or Construction Specifiers on the proposed technical blueprint, overall project plan (pricing, delivery deadlines, etc) and proposed products and solutions to be used in their projects. 

·        Build project pipeline and sales figures to achieve set targets.

·        Prepare sales proposals (switch plans, technical sheets and drawings) according to project requirements, working closely with Technical team to identify best solution according to project budget.

·        Participate in tender submissions/interviews and costing exercise with Project owners/Developers.

·        Ensure a clear understanding of existing and future JUNG products/solutions through personal reading and attending internal training.

·        Liaise with Regional Business Development / Sales to identify, select and collaborate all pre-sales activities to ensure no overlap of touchpoints with JUNG A&D database.

·        Joint visit with Singapore Authorized Partner for collaborative projects.

·        Prepare and review monthly project pipeline projection reports. Review the annual project pipeline projection and ensure strategies are in place or implemented to ensure the achievement of sales targets.  Escalates or highlight variance and discuss counter strategies where necessary.

·        Plan and implement project delivery / installation timeline in accordance with the agreed sales agreement.

·        Attend to any post-sales inquiries and present solutions to rectify the issues raised.

·        Joint efforts with Sales and Marketing team to ensure a constant stream of footfall in JUNG Experience Centre (JEC).

·        Be a JUNG brand ambassador in attending sales conferences or related social networking events to increase the number of potential specifiers and Project owners to work with.

 Requirements

Work Experience

·        1 to 3 years sales management experience in Building Construction industry. Capable dealing independently with middle size intermediaries/construction specifier.

·        Experience in smart home automation system & Internet of Things (IOT) is a plus.

Education

·        Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Mechanical Engineering related discipline

·        Capable of explaining technical jargons to non-technical stakeholders

Personality

·        Positive and outgoing personality

·        Take care of personal grooming

·        Responsible in fulfilling tasks from end-to-end

IT Skills / Languages / Others

·        Capable of working using MS Office Suite, specifically in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Email

·        Display good negotiation skills and capability of influencing stakeholders.

·        Good communication and customer service skills.

·        Good analytical skills.

·        Has a high degree of business acumen.

·        Bilingual in Proficient English (Written and spoken) and Mandarin

·        Class 3 Driving License (optional)
