Join Us as a Junior ServiceNow Automation Specialist!
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Automation Specialist with a focus on ITSM modules. In this role, you'll play a key part in customizing, configuring, and managing our ServiceNow platform to optimize our IT service delivery and support our business processes.
What You'll be Doing:
Configure, Administer and Support existing ServiceNow instances to enforce best practices and system ease-of-use and dependability.
Daily Monitoring the incidents and Resolve incidents and requests within set SLAs.
Manage User accounts, groups, and access controls.
Configure and maintain ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management.
Create custom workflows and automations to improve efficiency.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement updates and upgrades.
Write basic scripts and workflows using ServiceNow scripting languages (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
Design and develop user-friendly service catalog forms using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Define fulfillment workflows and approval processes for catalog items.
Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and systems.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Provide ongoing support and training to users on ServiceNow functionalities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the ITSM platform.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies
Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university.
2 years of ServiceNow related work experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation
Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
