Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing,maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

• This role requires customer visits within the SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ship industry.

• Visit customers regularly to provide technical consultation and promote company products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate pricing, and terms of sales agreements.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service team, and customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or any related field.

• Min. 2 years' experience in Shipping, Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Shipyard

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel.
