This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in air cargo logistics and a passion for building long-term client relationships. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong connections with existing clients, and supporting our continued growth in the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in air cargo logistics.

  • Conduct market research to explore new potential clients and emerging trends.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our cargo services.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and service follow-up.

Sales Coordination & Support:

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, and customer feedback.

  • Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless cargo handling and service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client information using CRM tools.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics sales preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and HQ).
